Marketplace Terms & Prohibited

Last Updated: 13 August 2026

Welcome to the GoCrazzy Rider Marketplace — a platform created to help riders connect with other riders to buy, sell and discover motorcycles, motorcycle parts, riding gear, accessories and other motorcycle-related products.

The Marketplace is intended to be a rider-to-rider platform.

GoCrazzy provides the digital platform through which users can publish listings and connect with potential buyers or sellers.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Marketplace.

By creating a listing, contacting another user, buying an item or selling an item through the GoCrazzy Rider Marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHAT IS THE GOCRAZZY RIDER MARKETPLACE?

The GoCrazzy Rider Marketplace allows users to:

  • Sell motorcycles
  • Search for motorcycles
  • Sell motorcycle parts and accessories
  • Sell riding gear
  • Sell motorcycle-related products
  • Post “Wanted” listings for products they are looking to buy
  • Connect directly with potential buyers and sellers

The Marketplace is intended to bring the riding community together and make it easier for riders to find products and connect with other riders.

The idea is simple:
You have something a rider may want.
Another rider is looking for it.
GoCrazzy helps you find each other.

2. GOCRAZZY IS A MARKETPLACE PLATFORM

GoCrazzy provides the platform for users to publish listings and connect with one another.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, GoCrazzy is not the seller or buyer of products listed by users.

GoCrazzy does not normally:

  • Own the products listed
  • Store the products
  • Set the selling price
  • Negotiate the price
  • Choose the buyer
  • Choose the seller
  • Inspect every product
  • Verify every product’s condition
  • Guarantee authenticity
  • Guarantee ownership
  • Guarantee payment
  • Guarantee delivery
  • Guarantee that a transaction will be completed

The actual transaction is between the buyer and seller.

3. WHAT CAN I SELL?

Location: Delhi NCR
Budget: ₹25,000

Or:

LOOKING FOR — Used Riding Jacket
Size: XL

  • Defects
  • Damage
  • Modifications
  • Compatibility
  • Included accessories

Don’t hide important information.
If an item has a significant defect, accident damage, missing component or other material issue, disclose it clearly.
Misleading listings may be removed.

10. MOTORCYCLE SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

For motorcycle listings, sellers should provide accurate information about:

  • Registration
  • Ownership
  • Insurance
  • Financing/hypothecation, where applicable
  • Service history
  • Accident history
  • Major repairs
  • Modifications
  • Current condition
  • Odometer reading

Sellers must not knowingly provide false or misleading information.

11. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
Before purchasing an item, we recommend checking:

  • Product condition
  • Authenticity
  • Ownership
  • Compatibility
  • Age
  • Usage
  • Damage
  • Documentation
  • Price
  • Seller information

For motorcycles and expensive items, consider physically inspecting the product before making payment.

12. MOTORCYCLE DOCUMENTATION

For motorcycles, buyers should independently verify relevant documents and information before completing the transaction.
Depending on the motorcycle, this may include:

  • Registration certificate
  • Insurance
  • Ownership details
  • Vehicle identification information
  • Service records
  • Financing/hypothecation status
  • Applicable statutory documents

GoCrazzy does not independently verify these documents unless explicitly stated on a particular listing.

13. PRICING

The seller decides the asking price.
GoCrazzy does not determine the value of Marketplace products.
Buyers and sellers may negotiate the price directly.
GoCrazzy does not guarantee that an asking price represents the market value of an item or motorcycle.

14. PAYMENT

Payment arrangements are between the buyer and seller unless GoCrazzy explicitly provides a payment facility for a particular transaction.
Before transferring money, buyers should verify:

Seller → Product → Condition → Ownership → Price → Payment details

Never send money simply because an item appears on the GoCrazzy Marketplace.

15. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

The buyer and seller are responsible for deciding how the product will be transferred.
This may include:

  • Local pickup
  • Courier
  • Shipping arranged by the seller
  • Another mutually agreed method

For motorcycles, the buyer and seller are responsible for arranging the appropriate transfer and documentation process.
GoCrazzy does not automatically arrange or guarantee delivery of Marketplace products.

16. USED PRODUCTS

Many Marketplace products may be pre-owned.
A used item should not automatically be assumed to be in perfect condition.
Sellers should accurately disclose:

  • Age
  • Usage
  • Condition
  • Repairs
  • Damage
  • Modifications
  • Missing parts
  • Other relevant information

Buyers should ask questions and inspect the item where appropriate.

17. SAFETY-CRITICAL PRODUCTS

Extra care should be taken when buying or selling safety-critical products.
These may include:

  • Helmets
  • Protective riding equipment
  • Braking components
  • Suspension components
  • Tyres
  • Electrical components
  • Other safety-critical motorcycle parts

Sellers must not knowingly misrepresent the condition of such products.
Buyers should consider professional inspection or advice before using or installing safety-critical products.
GoCrazzy does not certify or guarantee the safety of third-party Marketplace products.

23. TRANSACTIONS ARE BETWEEN USERS

The most important principle of the GoCrazzy Marketplace is:
GOCRAZZY CONNECTS. RIDERS TRANSACT.

The buyer and seller are responsible for their own transaction.
GoCrazzy does not control:

  • What is sold
  • The selling price
  • Who buys it
  • Who sells it
  • Payment arrangements
  • Product condition
  • Delivery arrangements

However, GoCrazzy reserves the right to moderate the platform and its listings to maintain a safe and legitimate rider community.

24. DISPUTES BETWEEN BUYERS & SELLERS

If a dispute occurs, the buyer and seller should first attempt to resolve the matter directly.
GoCrazzy may review reports concerning listings or user behaviour.
However, unless GoCrazzy has specifically agreed to provide a transaction or dispute-resolution service, GoCrazzy is not a party to the transaction and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

25. USER CONDUCT

GoCrazzy is a community of riders.
Treat other riders with respect.
Users must not:

  • Threaten others
  • Spam users
  • Defraud users
  • Impersonate another person
  • Intentionally deceive users
  • Collect personal information for improper purposes
  • Circumvent Marketplace restrictions

Ride hard. Deal honestly. Respect the community.

26. SOLD ITEMS

Once an item has been sold, the seller should:
Mark the listing as SOLD or remove the listing.
This helps prevent unnecessary enquiries and keeps the Marketplace current.

  • Every listing will remain available
  • Every seller will respond
  • Every product will remain available
